1. General Use

2. Payments

All payments must be made using the methods available on our platform. You are responsible for ensuring accurate transaction details and sufficient balance before placing an order.

3. Refund Policy

• Failed Orders: If your top-up or purchase was charged but the order failed to deliver.
• Invalid User Data: If the order failed due to incorrect or invalid information provided by the customer.
• Service Unavailability: If the provider or game server was down or temporarily unavailable at the time of purchase.
• Customer Request: If the customer wishes to cancel an order before it’s processed or fulfilled.

Refunds are credited only to the Web Wallet balance. No direct refund will be issued to external payment accounts such as eSewa, Khalti, IME Pay, or bank accounts. Once refunded, the amount can be reused for future orders on RosGay Shop.

Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of the transaction. You must provide the transaction ID, proof of payment, and the reason for the request. Approved refunds will appear in your Web Wallet after verification.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled if they are not yet processed or completed. Once the top-up or service has been delivered, cancellations are not possible. Refunds for eligible cancellations will follow the refund policy above.

5. Pricing & Availability

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. All products and services are dependent on third-party systems, and RosGay Shop is not responsible for delays, downtime, or technical issues caused by providers.

6. Account & Wallet

Your RosGay Web Wallet can be used for future purchases on our platform. Wallet balances cannot be withdrawn or transferred to external wallets or bank accounts.

7. Limitation of Liability

RosGay Shop will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability in any case will not exceed the amount of the transaction made.

8. Policy Updates

RosGay Shop reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated policies will be reflected on this page, and continued use of our services means you accept the revised terms.
